Description

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused, with a strong emphasis on scheduling, candidate communication, data maintenance, and recruiting process support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members.
Manage candidate and hiring team follow-up to ensure timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
Support recruiters with interview logistics, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling as needed.
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and other recruiting tools.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruiting operations, including document preparation, process tracking, and record maintenance.
Support sourcing activities and recruiting projects by organizing candidate information, outreach lists, and pipeline data.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Provide support for recruiting team initiatives, special projects, and general day-to-day needs.
Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to help ensure timely completion of recruiting activities.
Contribute to a professional and responsive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualification

1–3 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems or scheduling systems preferred.
Ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
Strong customer service mindset with a calm and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
