Executive Summary
The Divisional Vice President (DVP) is a high-stakes executive role responsible for the total business performance of Public Storage’s Northeast Division. As an SVP-level leader, you will own the P&L and strategic roadmap for a large multi-state territory spanning from Washington D.C. to Boston and surrounding areas.
This role requires an elite operator who possesses the "field DNA" to understand granular store-level dynamics but maintains the "investor mindset" necessary to drive long-term asset value, market share, and technological transformation. You will lead a large organization through multiple layers of management (Regional and District), serving as the primary bridge between corporate vision and field execution.
Location: Candidate must reside in the Division, with ideal home office location in or around Jersey City, NJ, New York City (area), Silver Spring, MD, Springfield, VA, Boston, MA or Baltimore, MD

Total Compensation: Competitive SVP-level package inclusive of a base salary, annual performance bonuses, and significant Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
