Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Sales Coach with a dynamic personality to train and develop our Sales Representatives. You will leverage your enthusiasm and love for sales to guide the overall sales team to improve their skills and deliver quality performance. You will have excellent knowledge and experience of various sales techniques, and be an expert in training, communicating and motivating a team of 200+ agents and 8 supervisors to exceed sales targets. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with supervisors to monitor the performance of all Sales Agents and identify areas of improvement, including conducting focused coaching as needed.
  • Assist in the development of supervisor coaching skills by recognizing and strategically overcoming roadblocks and challenges to improve sales agent performance.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify training and coaching opportunities by observing sales encounters, monitoring calls, studying sales performance and reports. Implement sales behavior objectives that drive increased productivity for the Sales team by conducting workshops & training events on a regular cadence (monthly/quarterly) and measure the results.
  • Partner with the Training Manager to optimize and develop sales training content and e-learning modules on an ongoing basis
  • Lead focused sales training for new hires once they have completed system, call flow and product training. 
  • Collect feedback regarding training programs and provide Management actionable improvements to enhance sales skills and performance
  • Work with the Sales team to optimize an excellent Sales Quality Assurance program that provides sales behavior measurements, ensuring consistency in driving sales and an excellent customer experience. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives and contsts that engage agents and drive performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the new sales training trends and techniques, present and suggest changes accordingly.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $55000 - $65000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.

Qualifications

  • BS / Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Lead Sales Coach or Sales Trainer.
  • 2-5 years experience delivering competitive sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills managing and driving large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
  • Familiarity with high-performance management methods.
  • Excellent in-person & remote presentation and coaching skills.
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Outstanding decision-making skills.
