The Sr. Business Analyst is a hybrid leadership and hands-on execution role responsible for leading the Business Analyst function while personally performing advanced business analysis work. This includes requirements discovery, documentation, backlog grooming, stakeholder engagement, and alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Architecture, and Release teams.
This role will guide consulting resources, establish best practices, and ensure the delivery pipeline is never slowed due to unclear or incomplete requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically fluent, exceptionally organized, and able to communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and React Native mobile development environments is a strong plus.

Establish standards, templates, and best practices for business and functional requirements, documentation, and backlog management.

Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and decision logs.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners across Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, CX, and other departments.
Cross-Team Alignment
