Established in 1996, our Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) division quickly set the bar for containerized storage and remains the industry leader, operating in 20 markets with 60,000 units in active inventory.

As a Real Storage Expert on our PUD team, specific duties may include:

• Customer service both in person and on the phone
• Resolving customer service issues in a friendly and efficient manner
• Processing a manual merchandise inventory on a monthly basis
• Operating a computer
• Cash handling and receiving, counting, and preparing deposits
• Operating a forklift if needed
• Operating a two-way radio as needed
