Gina is a Regional Vice President based in Orlando, Florida who has been with Public Storage nearly six years. In 2004, her region was honored as Public Storage's Region of the Year. With extensive management experience, Gina thrives on the opportunity to lead others to success and brings a high level of enthusiasm to her job. "We help people have a good experience when they are in a time of change and stress. We are the experts and have to be on and positive every day without exception."

Gina takes her responsibilities very seriously, and in terms of hiring says, "A candidate must be totally self-sufficient and self-motivated. They must be guided by high morals and values, as they are the authority and enforcer of all policies." A potential hire also needs to be "highly protective of their team," she says. Gina's position can often be stressful, but she knows that Public Storage always rewards her efforts and offers its employees great benefits and the freedom to travel and pursue their own interests. She also maintains that a career at Public Storage isn’t a typical corporate position. "This is a hands-on company and position, not an overseer position. We show our people what right looks like."
