Up at 5:40 a.m. Out the door by 7.
Dropped off clothes at dry cleaner.
Day after Easter, traffic pretty easy this morning!
7:30 Arrived at office.
Parked my car way in the back to leave spaces for customers.
7:30–8:00
Organized business results for call.
I did four hours of email yesterday (Sunday) so in-box and pending folders are caught up and pretty empty.
8:00–9:00
Finished customer refunds, accounts payable, prepping for conference call, and printed goal sheets from weekend.
9:00
Had a banana for a snack.
Made calls to other regional VP’s in division.
10:15
Signing survey collated by my assistant. Analyzed and approved for turn-in.
11:25 & On…
Approved: revised roster for all 213 employees in region.
Had yogurt and toast at desk.
Entered unbudgeted CapEx bills into Webrap.
Approved invoices in Webrap.
Printed out schedules for all eight districts.
Prepared for payroll conference call tomorrow.
Chatted with another employee about HR issues in her district.
Adjusted accounts that lost discounts due to transfer.
Reviewed sign survey again—many more revisions needed.
Signed all expense reports for associates with my assistant.
Discussed code violations.
Discussed people moves and apartments with our division HR representative.
Rushing to leave by 5:15 p.m. to make a nail appointment.
Spoke to a co-worker on vacation and figured out payroll.
Got home at 8:00 p.m. Returned emails and watched The Apprentice on DVR from Sunday.
