Clean out vacated units so that they are ready to rent to the next customer.
Walk the property to ensure the property is clean and presentable for the customer.
Make bank deposits.
Post customer payments.
Conduct merchandise inventory.
Enter invoices that are ready for payment into our accounts payable system.
Make customer courtesy calls to encourage timely payments.
Sweep and mop all hallways, clean the bathrooms and take out the trash.
