Each District Manager has a team of field employees that are responsible for the day to day operations of 8-10 self storage properties, on average. The District Manager has a multitude of tools at his/her disposal to support this process including sales scripts, overcoming objections suggestions, role playing scenarios and much more, including a comprehensive retail training program. Our District Managers must come to us with a strong work experience in multi-unit retail management that includes experience in building sales and customer service teams, staff selection and development, payroll and other expense controls and policy compliance at each location.
