I love the buzz of the phones, agents busy assisting customers-it is always exciting to come into daily. There's never a dull moment-change is the only constant!" Teresa's job also allows her to travel across the country. "Not only did Public Storage take me to places I'd never dreamed of, but working in the field and interacting with employees all over the country is really rewarding. We have great people working for us and meeting them and watching them invest themselves and grow is awesome." Teresa says that guiding others towards success is one of her passions: "I love using my experience to help people grow. This job will be their livelihood and help them further themselves and their families, and I take that very seriously." For Teresa, it's always been the people at Public Storage who make her job worthwhile. "It's like a family. We are friends at work, but many have developed bonds outside the office through organized teams and going to games together. Public Storage is a second family."
