Capri's Journal

We got to the airport early this morning for our flight to Houston. When we arrived we immediately drove to the district where we have been selling the most insurance claims. We met with property managers at three properties. I am always amazed by how much pride Property Managers have in their facilities and how on top of everything they are. They are also not shy about providing us with their thoughts and ideas-which are usually very helpful to us for creating a better program. We got an understanding of the claim problems and what they are doing to fix it. They all loved the procedures we had implemented in 2006 due to other in-field research. We got a couple of ideas that we want to test but think could prove good. We ran into a major thunderstorm after we were done but got back to the hotel safely. After dinner we mapped out the other properties we wanted to visit during the week.
